Ivan Vystrčil has been elected commander in chief of the french army of the society and president of the CENS, members of the board are: Kamil Maděra, Jakub Samek, Jiří Nowak for the french army, Arkadiusz Czartoryski, commander of the GDW army and vice-president of the CENS, Jacek Popinski and Waldemar Zubek.
The CENS events for 2008 are the following events: Mikulov-Drasenhofen 2008 (16–18 may), Znaim (11–13 july), Napoleonic Days (15–17 august) and Austerlitz 2008 (28–30 november).
The battle scenario for the Austerlitz events will be prepared every year by one of the armies, in 2008 it’s going to be the russian army, that is not CENS-member, but expressed it’s desire of full cooperation in the course of preparations and realization of the events. Every future event will have a major theme inspired by the history of the battle of Austerlitz or related circumstance.
