Napoleonic Days 2010 The town of Slavkov u Brna (Austerlitz) organize together with the Central European Naopleonic Society and the Château Slavkov-Austerlitz the traditional Napoleonic Days (13-15 august 2010), this year at the occasion of the 241th anniversary of Napoleon Bonaparte. 241th ANNIVERSARY OF NAPOLEON BONAPARTE NAPOLEONIC DAYS 2010 13 th - 15 th AUGUST 2010 AUSTERLITZ This year the Napoleonic Days will mark not only the 241th anniversary of Napoleon, but also the 210th anniversary of the battle of Marengo (the commemorative event in Italy was held in june).  The re-enactment groups (about 150 soldiers of the french, austrian and russian army) in uniforms of 1800 (if possible) will arrive to Austerlitz on friday (13th august) to build their camps in the park of the Austerlitz château. On saturday they will do maneuvers and exercises in the park, and a re-enactment battle in the afternoon. The traditional Napoleon Golf Cup will be held at the Austerlitz golf course; and the wine competition Grand Prix Austerlitz, at the courtyard of the castle. In the evening, a parade and fireworks with music will commemorate the 241th anniversary of Napoleon Bonaparte, first consul of the republic.
