About 120 napoleonic soldiers and 6 horses took part at the spring maneuvers of the Central European Napoleonic Society in Valtice.

The event was held at the occasion of the 215th anniversary of the first italian campaign of general Bonaparte that started in spring 1796, and was consacred to the drill, instruction and maneuvers according to the french, austrian and russian army regulations.

The following units took part, for the french army :

The first event in Valtice was a success and we all hope to be present next year again, and in greater numbers, to prepare well for the bicentenary of the 1812 russian campaign.
