Toto rozhodnut\u00ed by umo\u017enilo<BR><BR>st\u00e1hnout podan\u00e9 \u017ealoby a ukon\u010dit dlouholet\u00e9 spory. D\u00e1lnice by pak mohla<BR><BR>b\u00fdt dokon\u010dena ku prosp\u011bchu p\u0159\u00edrody a krajiny i obyvatel m\u011bst a obc\u00ed na<BR><BR>mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed silnici E55.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Spory o podobu d\u00e1lnice D8 p\u0159es Chr\u00e1n\u011bnou<BR><BR>krajinnou oblast \u010cesk\u00e9 st\u0159edoho\u0159\u00ed prob\u00edhaj\u00ed ji\u017e od roku 1994. I kdy\u017e<BR><BR>investor pro ni z\u00edskal \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, byla jej\u00ed trasa podle<BR><BR>Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho ochr\u00e1nce pr\u00e1v a Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho kontroln\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu vybr\u00e1na  rozporu<BR><BR>se z\u00e1konem. Ke stejn\u00e9mu z\u00e1v\u011bru do\u0161el tak\u00e9 odborn\u00fd posudek Fakulty<BR><BR>architektury \u010cVUT, kter\u00fd prok\u00e1zal, \u017ee tato povrchov\u00e1 trasa negativn\u011b<BR><BR>ovlivn\u00ed krajinn\u00fd r\u00e1z. Proto bylo proti tomuto postupu pod\u00e1no ji\u017e \u0161est<BR><BR>soudn\u00edch \u017ealob.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se zd\u00e1, \u017ee <b>cel\u00fd spor m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kone\u010dn\u011b ukon\u010den kompromisem, kter\u00fdm je v\u00fdstavba tunelu Kuba\u010dka d\u00e9lky 3,35 km<\/b>.<BR><BR>Tunel se nach\u00e1z\u00ed mezi obcemi Dobkovi\u010dky a Radej\u010d\u00edn, kde podch\u00e1z\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed<BR><BR>zahrnut\u00e9 do Evropsk\u00e9 ekologick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b. Na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed trase by nahradil<BR><BR>dva kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 tunely a obrovsk\u00e9 estak\u00e1dy v celkov\u00e9 d\u00e9lce 777 m. Trasa s<BR><BR>tunelem by tak\u00e9 nezni\u010dila evropsky unik\u00e1tn\u00ed r\u00e1z krajiny a vyhnula by se<BR><BR>nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 sesuvn\u00e9 oblasti.<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"text\">&nbsp;<\/span><BR><BR><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00e1\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9!
