Z&aacute;stupci YMCA Brno byli p\u0159ijati v dopoledn&iacute;ch hodin&aacute;ch velvyslancem \u010cR ve Francii Pavlem Fischerem.  <\/p>\n<p>Po slavnostn&iacute;m vyhl&aacute;&scaron;en&iacute; v&yacute;sledk\u016f sout\u011b\u017ee prob\u011bhla ve 20 hodin prezentace Projektu Austerlitz, Moravsk&yacute;ch vina\u0159sk&yacute;ch stezek (www.nadacepartnerstvi.cz) a ochutn&aacute;vka jihomoravsk&yacute;ch v&iacute;n a specialit za p\u0159&iacute;tomnosti z&aacute;stupc\u016f v&yacute;znamn&yacute;ch francouzsk&yacute;ch m&eacute;di&iacute;. Pa\u0159&iacute;\u017esk&eacute; publikum oce\u0148uje p\u0159&iacute;tomnost moravsk&yacute;ch vina\u0159\u016f v \u010cesk&eacute;m centru, nebo\u0165 je p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m l&aacute;k&aacute; objevovat nov&eacute; gastronomick&eacute; skvosty. V&scaron;echna tato v&iacute;na, a\u0165 jsou to b&iacute;l&aacute;, sladk&aacute;, &scaron;umiv&aacute; \u010di \u010derven&aacute; v&iacute;na, jsou pln\u011b gastronomicky vyu\u017eiteln&aacute;. Odpov&iacute;daj&iacute; bezesporu mezin&aacute;rodn&iacute; vina\u0159sk&eacute; kultu\u0159e, nejen kultu\u0159e francouzsk&eacute;. Mohou se tedy objevit na stolech restaurac&iacute; na cel&eacute;m sv\u011bt\u011b.&quot; Na dotaz jak hodnot&iacute; v&yacute;voj b\u011bhem posledn&iacute;ch t\u0159&iacute; let, odpov\u011bd\u011bl: &quot;Ro\u010dn&iacute;ky se trochu zm\u011bnily. M&aacute;me tu tedy v&iacute;na, kter&aacute; m&eacute;n\u011b mohutn&aacute;, jsou mo\u017en&aacute; jednodu&scaron;&scaron;&iacute;. Jsou m&eacute;n\u011b hutn&aacute;, maj&iacute; ovocnou p\u0159&iacute;chu\u0165. Jsou to v&iacute;na velmi parf&eacute;movan&aacute;, lehk&aacute;. Velmi dob\u0159e z toho op\u011bt vych&aacute;zej&iacute; b&iacute;l&aacute; v&iacute;na, jsou aromatick&aacute;, mo\u017en&aacute; p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; lehk&aacute;. Jemn&aacute; sladk&aacute; v&iacute;na jsou op\u011bt vynikaj&iacute;c&iacute;, maj&iacute; velmi vyrovnan&yacute; obsah cukru a kyselosti, to je ur\u010dit\u011b velk&aacute; p\u0159ednost v&iacute;n z \u010cesk&eacute; republiky. Tak&eacute; \u010derven&aacute; v&iacute;na jsou tentokr&aacute;t podle mne mnohem jemn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e obvykle. Maj&iacute; kr&aacute;snou ovocnou p\u0159&iacute;chu\u0165. Mo\u017en&aacute; bych m\u011bl jen malou v&yacute;tku t&yacute;kaj&iacute;c&iacute; se zpracov&aacute;n&iacute;. Na za\u010d&aacute;tku je dobr&aacute; surovina, se kterou se v&scaron;ak mo\u017en&aacute; nevhodn\u011b pl&yacute;tv&aacute;. Zpracov&aacute;n&iacute; je&scaron;t\u011b nen&iacute; dokonale zvl&aacute;dnuto, z&aacute;le\u017e&iacute; na kvalit\u011b d\u0159eva atd. To je trochu &scaron;koda. Jsou tu v&scaron;ak i mezi \u010derven&yacute;mi v&iacute;ny takov&aacute;, kter&aacute; jsou velmi dob\u0159e zvl&aacute;dnuta, z\u016fst&aacute;vaj&iacute; \u010dist&aacute;, jsou ovocn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, v\u011brn&aacute; p\u016fvodn&iacute;mu hroznu, zpracov&aacute;n&iacute; je p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; nenaru&scaron;ilo. Je pot\u0159eba, aby v&iacute;no z\u016fstalo samo sebou.&quot;<\/div>\n<p><BR><BR><br \/><BR><BR><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dvojn&aacute;sobn&yacute; \u010dlen poroty (2004 a 2006) Dominuque Laporte na dotaz: &quot;Pokud bychom provedli porovn&aacute;n&iacute; s francouzsk&yacute;mi v&iacute;ny, mysl&iacute;te si, \u017ee by jim moravsk&aacute; a \u010desk&aacute; v&iacute;na mohla na francouzsk&eacute;m trhu konkurovat?&quot;, odpov\u011bd\u011bl: &quot;Pokud se t&yacute;\u010de \u010derven&yacute;ch a b&iacute;l&yacute;ch v&iacute;n z v&yacute;chodn&iacute;ch zem&iacute;, zn&aacute;m je jako vyrovnan&aacute;. Je t\u0159eba se zam\u011b\u0159it na kulatost, kterou zn&aacute;me u chardonnay. Pokud jde o b&iacute;l&aacute; v&iacute;na, jsme zvykl&iacute; na alsask&aacute;, ta se podobaj&iacute; sp&iacute;&scaron;e rakousk&yacute;m v&iacute;n\u016fm, dominuje b&iacute;l&eacute; pinot. Pokud jde o chu\u0165, mysl&iacute;m, \u017ee se neuzav&iacute;r&aacute;me sv\u011btu a jsme ochotni p\u0159ijmout nov&aacute; v&iacute;na. N\u011bkter&aacute; \u010derven&aacute; by se mohla bez probl&eacute;mu uplatnit, za\u010d&iacute;naj&iacute; b&yacute;t opravdu dobr&aacute;. Pokud jde o dezertn&iacute; v&iacute;na, va&scaron;e kvalita by m\u011bla b&yacute;t pro n&aacute;s sp&iacute;&scaron; p\u0159&iacute;kladem. V tomto sm\u011bru si nem\u016f\u017eeme myslet, \u017ee jsme nejlep&scaron;&iacute;, ale naopak se od v&aacute;s m&aacute;me co u\u010dit.<\/div>\n<p><BR><BR><br \/><BR><BR><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Porotce pan Manuel Peyrondet, kter&yacute; byl v porot\u011b poprv&eacute;, odpov\u011bd\u011bl na dotaz, zda se setk&aacute;v&aacute; s na&scaron;imi v&iacute;ny poprv&eacute; a jak je hodnot&iacute;, odpov\u011bd\u011bl: &quot;S Jean-Michelem jsme ji\u017e m\u011bli mo\u017enost n\u011bkter&aacute; lahodn&aacute; v&iacute;na ochutnat. Vzpom&iacute;n&aacute;m si na ryzlink, kter&yacute; jsem ochutnal vloni. Douf&aacute;me, \u017ee k n&aacute;m budou v&iacute;na dov&aacute;\u017eena, aby je mohla poznat i na&scaron;e ve\u0159ejnost. Pokud se t&yacute;k&aacute; kvality, cht\u011bl bych zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; mno\u017estv&iacute; s&iacute;ry n\u011bkdy potla\u010d&iacute; aroma. Na druh&eacute; stran\u011b jsou ur\u010dit&aacute; v&iacute;na velmi vyrovnan&aacute; a sv\u011b\u017e&iacute;, dob\u0159e se konzumuj&iacute;. Jsou to jednoduch&aacute; v&iacute;na. Nejsou p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; bohat&aacute; na alkohol a tak m&aacute; \u010dlov\u011bk chu\u0165 je p&iacute;t. Z&aacute;le\u017e&iacute; na tom, jak&aacute; j&iacute;dla k nim budou pod&aacute;v&aacute;na. Jsou to ur\u010dit\u011b zaj&iacute;mav&aacute; v&iacute;na. Pokud jde o \u010derven&aacute; v&iacute;na, n\u011bkter&aacute; maj&iacute; v&yacute;chodoevropsk&yacute; odr\u016fdov&yacute; charakter. Nezn&aacute;m dost dob\u0159e m&iacute;stn&iacute; odr\u016fdy. N\u011bkter&eacute; se mi velmi l&iacute;bily. P\u0159i zpracov&aacute;n&iacute; by se m\u011blo mo\u017en&aacute; v\u011bnovat v&iacute;ce pozornosti kvalit\u011b d\u0159eva. N\u011bkter&aacute; v&iacute;na nejsou dostate\u010dn\u011b \u010dist&aacute;. Jin&aacute; jsou naopak dostate\u010dn\u011b ovocn&aacute; a pod&iacute;l alkoholu je velmi dob\u0159e zvl&aacute;dnut. Je t\u0159eba zlep&scaron;it pou\u017eit&iacute; s&iacute;ry. Mezi sladk&yacute;mi bych jmenoval dv\u011b v&iacute;na, kter&aacute; jsou opravdov&yacute;m z&aacute;zrakem, je to skute\u010dn\u011b n&aacute;dhera. Ostatn&iacute; jsou m&eacute;n\u011b vyv&aacute;\u017een&aacute;, i kdy\u017e je u nich patrn&aacute; snaha naj&iacute;t spr&aacute;vnou rovnov&aacute;hu cukru a kyselin.
