Radar construction will start on the Austerlitz battlefield
Ujezd u Brna - The construction of the NATO radar facility near the Peace Monument is about to begin. The Ministry of Defense has recently acquired the building permit and the tower construction is expected to start already in October. However, communities do not want resign and they are ready to carry on their fight against the radar.
Pultusk 2006
New event in Pultusk and Wasaw, Poland from July 6th-9th. Commemoration of events of late 1806, the battle of Pultusk (December 26th 1806) and arrival of the French army to Warsaw (November 28th 1806).
III. Festival of Spring in Paris
On Wednesday March 22th 2006 at 15 the third year of the competition of Bohemian and Moravian wines took place in the Czech Center in Paris in rue Bonaparte in cooperation with Project Austerlitz, Moravian Bank of Wines and the Association of Sommeliers of the Czech Republic. The patronage over the event held the 1st vice-governor of the Southern Moravian Region Mr. Milan Venclik.
